The Role / Job :
You will join the European Sales & Marketing Overseas Team, Upstream Business Unit. You will report to the Market Manager Turkey and you will have a strong connection with our Customer Care Center located in Belgium.
Your main mission is to provide support to the sales team by ensuring the administrative & logistical processing of customer orders to ensure a high quality end to end customer experience. You are the privileged contact of our customers in Turkey, you are their "solution maker"
You will coordinate the day to day sales orders with customers, transporters & plants in order to reply to customer inquiries in the shortest timing, being responsible for the following tasks:
Follow up customer orders in a geographical area until they are shipped :
- Process customer requests (deadlines, feasibility, product information)
- Proactively contact customers in the portfolio
- Receive customer request
- Check incoming orders for solvency
- Check the feasibility of the order (standard product, availability, price, lead times, etc.)
- Pass on any problems and seek possible alternatives with customers in terms of products, deadlines, sourcing
- Follow up with production
- Respond to customer requests
- Report any problems to customers
- Checking documents required for shipments
- Administer customer complaints
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in SAP
You will also assist the Market Manager Turkey in administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience with sales support
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to adapt to different people
- You demonstrate diplomatic communication skills with customers and suppliers
- You are customer and service driven
- You are a quick learner and have an affinity for technical products
- You can operate with autonomy but can also cooperate with a team on remote
- People can rely on your organization skills and sense of priority
- You are flexible, supportive, able to take initiatives and resistant to stress
- You are keen with MS Office suite and you have experience with ERP & SAP systems
- You are rigorous and attentive to details
- You are fluent in Turkish and English. French is a plus.
