The Role / Job :
FUNCTION
As RENOVATION FIELD MANAGER, you are personally in charge of mid-size renovation projects in the residential sector (Renocity). Your main mission is to ensure the success of the renovation process from advise to execution supervision. Together with the team, you ensure follow up of all steps and the satisfaction of the main stakeholders (the home owners, the suppliers, the city).
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You elaborate the renovation process and an appropriate sequence of activities, in the context of small to mid-size energy renovation projects, bundling several homes to generate some efficiency for all players.
- You identify, qualify and manage the relationship with the suppliers who will serve the global project.
- You perform the on-site diagnosis (audit) of the houses and advises the home owners about the appropriate trajectory towards better PEB labels.
- You prepare the costing & pricing of the renovation projects and you explain the Renocity offer to the home owners.
- You plan, organize & coordinate the renovation works on the field, with all stakeholders (home owners, suppliers, the city, etc.).
- You participate to the field meetings as AGC representative and you collaborate to the administrative part (specifications, offers, legislation, etc.) with the support of AGC internal resources.
- You define & control the commitment of the suppliers, the delivery time and the quality of the suppliers activity all along the process of renovation.
- You ensure the respect of the safety & security rules during the execution phase.
