Your mission :
You will be joining the Chemical branch of the AGC group, one of the world’s leading producers of fluorochemicals and fluorochemical materials. You will be based in their new laboratories at the Technovation Centre in Gosselies (Belgium).
Their objective is to support the European Green Deal by expanding hydrogen related developments and to become number one in Europe thanks to the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM). AGC Chemicals is one of only four manufacturers of this membrane in the world. AGC Chemicals is also active in the field of coatings and cosmetics.
You will be part of the Chemicals group focusing on Silica and coatings. You will be responsible for providing technical support to promote our products to customers in European cosmetic projects.
Primary Functions of Role / Key Accountabilities :
- Visiting key customers to collect their needs related to our products for cosmetic products use.
- Responding to customers’ technical inquiries and issues.
- Preparing cosmetic formulations, performing evaluations for cosmetic use, and reporting the results.
- Participating in exhibitions and other related events to obtain market trend information on materials in demand.
- Participating in promotional activities for our products.
Are you the perfect match ?
Your talents :
- Chemical engineer or PHD chemistry
- Experience of 5 years or more in designing cosmetic formulations or developing materials for cosmetic use.
- Experience in developing base makeup or skincare products is very desirable.
- Experience in Laboratory management and safe working practices.
