Your mission :
You will be part of the New Business Development (NBD) Team – a team of approximately 30 people passionate about supporting incremental (core business and market penetration) and adjacent (diversification and new technologies) innovation through design thinking methods.
Under the guidance of ideation’s supervisor and the manager of the innovation team, you will delve into structure of the creation process and help the team to improve the existing structure. In order to do that, you will employ generative techniques to foster innovation and streamline processes.
Responsibilities will include :
- Conducting data analyses and diagnostics on current processes
- Proposing enhancements utilizing new prompts, AI tools, and LLM technologies
- Contributing to the development of ongoing projects
- Compiling weekly updates on AI advancements and their implications
Specific tasks will include :
- Gather datas and make diagnostic based on the current process
- Developing proposals for improvements using new prompts, AI tools, and LLMs
- Develop an existing project
- Providing weekly news on AI

Your talents :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Degree
- Data analysis and strong problem solving
- Prompt engineering and LLM understanding
- Coding (javascript, python, HTML, CSS…)
- Time management and communication skills
- Pro-active and curious attitude
