- Documentation, Training, and Compliance:

- Collaboration with AGC ERP (SAP) Experts:
- Collaborate with AGC ERP (SAP) experts to identify and implement appropriate IT solutions that support the transformation objectives.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the transformation steering committee, highlighting progress, challenges, and action plans.
- Conduct meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Skills and Expertise Gap Analysis:
- Proactively identify any skills or expertise gaps within the organization that may hinder the successful implementation of the transformation.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address these gaps and develop strategies for acquiring or developing the necessary skills.
- Adherence to Company Policies and Values:
- Ensure that all transformation activities align with company policies, values, and regulations.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity throughout the transformation process.
Are you the perfect match ?
AGC is looking for a collaborator, with the following background:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain roles within companies renowned for their excellence in the supply chain field.
· Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
· Proven track record in successfully leading business transformation projects.
· Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks pragmatically while maintaining focus on the big picture.
· Thrives in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
· Fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Czech, Polish, or French.
· Nice to have: SAP expertise.
· Nice to have: Familiarity with Lean principles.
