Leverage your skills and knowledge by

  1. Managing Key Cross-Functional Projects:
    • Take ownership of key cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, allocation of resources, and coordination of the cross-functional project team.
    • Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among departments and teams, encouraging the sharing of information, insights, and expertise.
  2. Identifying and Implementing Improvement Initiatives:
    • Identify and implement initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the transformation roadmap.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain transformation.
  3. Documentation, Training, and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
    • Facilitate proper training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they understand and adhere to the new processes and procedures.
  4. Collaboration with AGC ERP (SAP) Experts:
    • Collaborate with AGC ERP (SAP) experts to identify and implement appropriate IT solutions that support the transformation objectives.
    • Leverage technology to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
  5. Reporting and Communication:
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the transformation steering committee, highlighting progress, challenges, and action plans.
    • Conduct meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
  6. Skills and Expertise Gap Analysis:
    • Proactively identify any skills or expertise gaps within the organization that may hinder the successful implementation of the transformation.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address these gaps and develop strategies for acquiring or developing the necessary skills.
  7. Adherence to Company Policies and Values:
    • Ensure that all transformation activities align with company policies, values, and regulations.
    • Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity throughout the transformation process.


Are you the perfect match ?

AGC is looking for a collaborator, with the following background:

·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain roles within companies renowned for their excellence in the supply chain field.

·       Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies.

·       Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.

·       Proven track record in successfully leading business transformation projects.

·       Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks pragmatically while maintaining focus on the big picture.

·       Thrives in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.

·       Fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Czech, Polish, or French.

·       Nice to have: SAP expertise.

·       Nice to have: Familiarity with Lean principles.

The role can be based in Belgium (Louvain-La-Neuve), Czech Republic (Chudeřice) or Poland (Koszalin) and requires frequent business travels (30-50% of time) mainly to those 3 locations.
