What if your
next job was about...

You will be Market Manager Spain & Portugal for AGC Architectural Glass Upstream (average turnover around 100 Mio€), responsible for maintaining and reinforcing AGC profitability and position in the market. You will take care of  negotiations and contacts with customers and manufacturing plants according to the AGC commercial strategy and with the support of your team working in Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Center. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director AGC Architectural Glass Upstream Europe.


Your main responsibilities:


·         Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets across the designated geographical area.

·         Monitor market trends and customer needs, track and report on sales activity ensuring appropriate actions to meet sales targets and to identify new business opportunities.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers to drive customer loyalty and secure new business opportunities.

·         Provide feedbacks on customer experience to help Production, Marketing, Promotion, Technical and Customer Service colleagues to ensure a continuous improvement product and service offering.

·         Provide strong leadership, guidance, and coaching to the team, fostering a high-performance culture and provide training and development opportunities to enhance overall capabilities.

·      Motivate, and manage the Sales team to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         The work location: Barcelona or, considering the geographical scope and travelling frequency, anywhere in Spain (remote working when necessary).

Are you the perfect match ?

·         You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

·         You have min 10yrs of experience in Sales management in building industries.

·         You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·         You are a team player

·         You are goal & action oriented with ability to perform analysis, to prepare and submit proposals, to think ahead.

·         You have excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

·         Fluent in Spanish and English. Any additional European language is an asset.
