- You are responsible for the optimization of the production process Coating
- You analyze and help solve the problems in current productions
- You are involved in or responsible for various ongoing and new improvement projects
- You are also closely involved in the development and testing of new coatings
- In case of new process developments/process adjustments, you are responsible for coaching the production team
- You will work closely with the management team as well as with the Research & Development Center of Europe and Japan, with whom you will maintain a good relationship

Are you the perfect match ?
- You have a master's degree and a strong interest in process control and in-depth process analysis; knowledge about thin film technology is a plus
- You are fascinated by technology and new developments in an international environment, solving complex problems is a challenge for you
- You strive for continuous improvement and are innovation-oriented
- You know how to deal with the implementation of changes in a well-considered way, take the necessary time to get to know the complex process and closely monitor adjustments in the long term
- Independently, you know how to set the right priorities and organize the work optimally
- You have good communication skills to work with managers and production staff and are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Your creative/analytical thinking, proactive approach and enthusiasm are determining factors
