You will be part of the automotive sustainability team – a team of 4 passionate people about the environment. You will have many interactions with all the department working on automotive glazing, the production plants, the R&D as well as with the sustainability team of the architectural glazing.
Guided by the sustainability managers, you will support the team on
- Life-cycle-assessment (LCA) of the automotive products
A LCA is an environmental evaluation based on a systematic and quantitative assessment of a product’s environmental performance. It helps to quantify and analyse the significant environmental impacts of AGC automotive products. It allows to identify improvement opportunities and assist sustainability decision making.
- The Scope 3
Raw materials and suppliers play a key role in AGC Automotive Scope 3. A market research for innovative materials and processes (i.e. bio-based plastics or recycled polymers), working closely with AGC Technovation Centre (R&D centre of AGC glass Europe) is required to overcome this challenge.
- Collecting information on European directives and legislation relevant for AGC Automotive Europe

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for personal and professional development related to sustainability
- Informed about recent evolutions in the broader Sustainability / ESG landscape
- Time management and communication skills
- Team player willing to learn and grow in a positive work atmosphere
- Pro-active and curious attitude
- Fluent in French and in English
