Therefore we are looking for new colleague to be part of international team of SALES & MARKETING. The right for us is person with experience in Sales, analytical approach and focus on partnership. If you fit to these words, we would be happy to meet you.


As Sales Account manager, You will play active role in contact with our customers (OEMs), with focus on SKODA and SEAT. You will be actively creating & managing the business strategy, negotiates and strengthens relations with customers.

 Your job will be mainly:

  • preparation and cooperation on sales & price strategies for RFQ for new business
  • preparing requested data and documents for customers (e.g. quotations)
  • partnership and negotiation with OEMs (new projects, change in the projects), including supporting them
  • sharing all the important data between colleagues, production plants and all involved stakeholders
  • cooperating together especially with Marketing, Development, Planning, Finance etc.
  • active aftersales management
  • profitability analyses with focus to improve account profitability
  • market- and competitor analyses
  • preparation of presentation
  • working in customer portals

Are you the perfect match ?

For perfect matching would be good, if you meet:

  • at least 3 years of experience in sales area, dealing with customers
  • experience in Automotive will be big advantage (if with SKODA or SEAT, it will be great)
  • commercial understanding and analytic thinking
  • hands-on mentality and entrepreneur leader-ship mind-set
  • teamplayer and stress resident person
  • active in Czech language & English (other language as German or Spanish will be advantage)
  • active in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP as advantage
  • driving licence (active driver)
