As specialist, you will playing important role building robust system and establish rules to follow in supporting plant Manufacturing / Engineering / Maintenance Teams. In current years, we go on in investment to our technology and process and product, to make as competitive and to fulfil customer dreams. It means, that on this position you will be partly travelling through Europe. Our Automotive plants you can find in Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Czech republic, Hungary, Turkey or Morocco.
- Managing safety at all levels (risk analysis, documentation, certifications, etc.)
- Set up common standards in area of Automation & Process control. Having impact on establishing these standards in all plants
- Coordination of sharing best practise between plants
- Establishing specifications, possibly together with the customer (production and / or transformation team)
- Market automation and process control of process equipment
- Developing automation or complex control software (optimisation of control loops, etc. )
- Supervision (SCADA) of manufacturing lines
- Managing price requests, technical analysis of offers, negotiations and orders
- Monitoring the implementation and technical receptions at suppliers and on-site
- Organising on-site installation and assistance to commissioning
- Monitoring the project after startup, collecting feedback, providing technical assistance
- Archiving and managing internal documentary aspects
Are you the perfect match ?
We would appreciate, if you meet:
- Ideally 4+ years of experience in similar function
- Industrial or Civil Engineer education (electromechanical or electronic) majoring in batch process control
- Experience in programming in SIEMENS / OMRON / Allan Bradley / Mitsubishi
- Project management skills in automation
- Fluent in English (intercompany language)
- Experience and knowledge in the following fields
° reading and critical reviews of electrical plans (from electrical MT distribution circuits to
automation)
° production of electrical drawings or diagrams
° control systems
° analysis and realisation of PC programming (VB or C) and PLC (ladder)
° network architecture (implementation of Ethernet networks)
° SQL language knowledge is a plus (database management)
° machine monitoring or production lines systems is a plus
° industrial instrumentation - Experience in Automotive industry is an asset
