As a multinational company, AGC is focused on the digitalization and the evolution of technologies, especially in the Management of the industrial processes: Sales, Production and Supply Chain. For this reason, AGC has a dedicated team - Fusion - that is working on different sites and regions within the Processed Glass Business in order to renew the IT landscape.
The IT Business Analyst will support the Fusion team in implementing the ERP solution from Albat & Wirsam (A+W) within Europe, with the focus on the downstream plants in Central Europe. Together with local key-users and experts from Fusion/A+W, he/she will roll-out the Fusion blueprint for Production. The IT Business Analyst will implement the operating procedures and focus on solutions that enhance the business effectiveness. He/she will maintain the stability of the solution and support future improvements after implementation. He/she will report to the IT process owner responsible for the Production processes.
Your main tasks will be to:
- - Implement the Fusion blueprint for production together with the key-users of the site and in accordance with commercial & logistics processes
- - Identify the business requirements that are not part of the projects and ensure agreement to adapt if required
- - In case of customization/development in A+W is required, define the requirements; test and validate
- - Focus on process standardization over all sites
- - Thoroughly test the Fusion solution and ensure it works well for the site
- - Develop and/or maintain training material and procedures
- - Train the key-users and users on the production processes and procedures
- - Support the site intensively in the immediate period after the go-live
- - Follow-up on the main recurrent issues and promote actions to mitigate and/or improve
- - Propose changes, innovation, projects and developments to enhance efficiency

Your talents
- Engineering degree or IT degree
- Experience in automation in the production environment
- You have passion for industry and technologies, and interest for commercial and logistics processes
- You have project management experience
- You have the willingness to learn and to operate in an international environment
- You have good analytic and problem solving skills
- Your excellent communication, skills and your customer oriented attitude will be determining factors
- Multi-lingual: English is a must, Czech or Polish is a plus
- Work location can be any AGC main site, from where you are flexible to travel at first to Belgium/Netherlands and possibly France for training and gaining more experience in Fusion and later to plants in Czech Republic/Poland/Slovakia for roll-out and implementation (around 50%)
