You will join for 2-4 months the AGC Automotive Europe finance team.
Main objective: You will help the finance team in its multiple projects to improve the internal finance awareness. This means popularizing financial results based on AGC Automotive Europe business history to introduce and present the basics of finance to broad audience. The projects will be through multiple forms, such as webinar event or videos presenting quarterly financial results.
Two main projects: Your first main task will be to help preparing an online event presenting financial results accessible for non-financial audience. This includes preparing the material, thinking about original ways to attract the audience, making some competitors and customers analyses and calculating AGC ratios. If you are willing to, you may also present your work during the webinar or animate the presentation in general.
Your second main project will be to edit a video presenting the mid-year financial results of AGC Automotive Europe. You will be asked to search for attractive ways to present financial results and share clear messages.
Through your internship, you will be given other little projects still relating to the main objective such as searching videos for non-financials or testing trainings.
Depending on the internship duration and your interest for finance, there are possibilities to support other specific projects related to finance department.

The following skills and attributes are necessary for your success as a full member of our company :
Hard skills :
- Knowledge of the financial basis terms from managerial and financial accounting
- You can use math basis (formulas, calculations)
- Editing videos is a plus
- Good command of Business software (know how to use excel, word, power point, etc.)
· Soft skills :
- Discipline, curiousity, organization, flexibility, team working
· Interpersonal skills :
- Verbal communication skills (for oral presentations)
- E-marketing skills
