You will report to the Market Manager Finland and to the Customer Care Center Manager Western Europe and for this reason you will be located in Finland but you will have a strong connection with the Customer Care Center in Belgium.
Main Responsibilities
You will act as a customer service specialist to ensure a high quality end to end customer experience.
You will be connected day to day with customers, transporters & factories in order to reply to customer inquiries in the shortest time.
You will be responsible for order entry in SAP determining the best sourcing, ordering a transport and fixing specific problems in order to be able to answer in time to the customers.
Claims management will also be part of your responsibility.
You will be in direct contact with Credit control in order to follow up the payments.
You will be responsible for updating CRM.
You will assist the Market Manager Finland in administrative tasks like preparation data management, data analysis, updating price list, sending samples, translations from English to Finish, project processing.
Are you the perfect match ?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- You have two years of experience in similar function; you are interested in Glass and highly motivated to learn and be proud of being part of Sales & Marketing team Europe.
- You demonstrate an excellent communication with customers and suppliers, and you are customer-oriented.
- You like working autonomous and are also team player.
- You have good analytical skills, people can rely on your organization and sense of priority.
- You are flexible and proactive and able to take initiatives.
- You are expert in data management, familiar with MS Office Package and having experience with ERP & SAP systems is a plus.
- You are rigorous, attentive to details.
- You are fluent in Finnish and English. French is a plus.
- You place of work is AGC Flat Glass Suomi Oy Office in Vantaa with a possibility to work from home by mutual agreement with the Market Manager.
