Within AGC Glass Europe you will join the IT Network Security Team that is in charge of planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks.
Your mission:
- You will contribute to the architecture and the designing of cybersecurity solutions;
- You will participate to the development, the implementation and the maintenance of cybersecurity infrastructure in line with the global corporation procedures. You will work at Level 2 or Level 3 of security operations;
- You will test, identify and document any network and system vulnerabilities, recommend appropriate solutions and monitor their effectiveness;
- You will appropriately respond to security issues/breaches, investigate how they occurred and deliver fast and robust solutions in a cost-effective way;
- You will support security compliancy checks and testing;
- You will contribute to the change management process;
- You will communicate with end-users about cybersecurity solutions and rules;
- You will support other IT projects both infra and applications related to their cybersecurity aspects;
- You will be located in the AGC Headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) or Teplice (Czech Republic). Other locations where AGC is present can also be considered.
Are you the perfect match ?
- You have a Bachelor/Master Degree in a relevant subject akin to computer science, information technology, systems engineering or computer programming;
- You are skilled in networking technologies : routing, switching, wireless;
- You have a strong knowledge and preferably a first experience in network cybersecurity solutions including firewalls, Web Application FW, API Gateway, threat protection, vulnerability management, IDS/IPS, SIEM/XDR, OT/IOT security, mail protection. As well as in products and services of Checkpoint, Fortinet, Zscaler, F5, ProofPoint and solutions provided by cloud providers, mainly AWS and Azure.
- You have strong analytical skills, are result-oriented and effective in problem solving allied with attention to detail;
- You are a team player and able to work successfully in culturally diverse environments;
- Remaining methodical and unflustered in high pressure scenarios is also an important attribute;
- You have an enthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest updates about security threats and solutions;
- You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
