About the Role
As a member of the AGC Excellence Team (AES), you will play a key part in transforming our training and coaching materials into engaging, modern, and interactive formats. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the learning experience for our teams and ensuring the practical application of knowledge on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Review and update existing PowerPoint presentations to make them more visually appealing, concise, and engaging.
- Record and produce videos based on updated presentations to create accessible learning materials.
Planning and Organization:
- Create and manage a detailed planning schedule for training content development and delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

- Communication skills in English (C1)
- Strong skills in content creation, including the ability to modernize and simplify complex PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in video production and editing to create professional and accessible learning materials.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
