We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to execute our commercial strategy, lead negotiations, and manage contract delivery with AGC Automotive aftermarket European Key Partner and key accounts in France. This role is pivotal in strengthening our market position by maximizing customer satisfaction while ensuring business profitability.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Build and reinforce customer intimacy by visiting and contacting clients on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate quantitative and qualitative terms and prepare pricing offers.
  • Manage the full order flow (from order placement to delivery and payment).
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competitor and customer strategies, products, and developments.
  • Prepare, monitor, and adjust the mid-term plan to align with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain diverse internal and external relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among stakeholders and continuous client partnership.

Are you the perfect match ?

  • Degree in commerce, business, or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the industry, preferably in automotive or glass business, and in an international environment.
  • Goal- and action-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in IT tools (MS Office), with expertise in Excel.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of any additional European language is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~20% of working time).
