next job was about...

Sales and Marketing Manager in the Fire Resistant Glass (FRG) Business Unit, part of the AGC Building & Industrial Division.

For the Central European Countries you must be based in one of the Central European Countries with extensive travelling throughout all countries. Occasional travel to Belgium.

The job mainly involves: 

  • Managing and developing the relationship with existing and potential new partners and customers within your business portfolio
  • Monitoring the sales, follow-up tenders and take actions in line with the commercial strategy to reach the FRG Business Unit objective
  • Participating to the commercial strategy definition and implement it for products, services and prices
  • Being in charge of the coordination of the promotion of our products towards distributors, customers, specifiers, architects and entrepreneurs in relationship with the AGC promotors team (IBP)
  • Continuously analyzing the market in terms of supply, demand and regulations changes.
  • You develop a deep understanding of the certification procedures and you build an active network with relevant laboratories and authorities
  • providing technical assistance, including support to the testing program
  • working closely with our AGC FRG Project Manager, AGC FRG Product Manager and AGC Promotors team (IBP)
  • proposing and implementing action plans required to increase awareness, sales and market shares in the different countries for which you are responsible

Are you the perfect match ?

  • You speak fluently English, very good Polish and German or Czech languages are an asset.
  • You have a bachelor or master degree with a business or technical orientation
  • You have experience in the sales of industrial products, preferably in the building sector
  • Experience in fire resistant frames or its certification is an asset
  • You are interested in the technology linked to added value glass products
  • You are autonomous in your daily work and have a team player mentality
  • You have strong negotiation skills and a sense of entrepreneurship
  • You have strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
