The AGC's Information Technology Division aims to support the Architecture and the Automotive business in Europe by optimizing expertise, resources, and knowledge in key IT domains such as SAP. Our division is upon to start a major S/4 program for the 5 coming years. To support this transition we are looking for a FICO Team Leader within its European SAP Delivery Center.
As SAP FICO Team Lead, you play a key role in the S/4 program for the finance domain, in collaboration with the business and our future integrator. You are involved in the identification of the “must change” FICO functionalities, the follow-up of the finance and controlling simplification items, the adequate level of testing and the monitoring of all the cut over tasks related to FICO.
- You are accountable for the maintenance and the evolution of SAP FICO for our Architectural and Automotive business units, across Europe. You manage medium sized projects (project management) like implementation of e-invoicing.
- Acting as a business partner, you are able to advise business at all levels, from users to finance management, on the finance and controlling stakes. You identify, proactively, areas of improvements in finance, propose business enhancements through professionally delivered and accepted SAP FICO solutions.
- You listen to your internal customers, you identify their needs and translate these into functional design and then in delivered solutions, with your team members.
- Acting as an experienced specialist with the people you are in charge of, you manage and motivate the team. You strive to continuously improve the expertise of the team.
- Your report to the Head of the SAP & BI Delivery Center.
Are you the perfect match ?
- Master’s Degree in Economics and/or ICT.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as SAP FI/CO functional specialist, with at least two full project life cycles (from Blueprint to Hypercare) combined with relevant experiences in both Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO. Expertise in SAP DRC, COPA, PCA and Material Ledger is clearly an asset.
- Deep understanding of the integration points between FI and CO and the logistics modules (SD, MM, PP, …).
- Experience in industrial context.
- You are fluent in English.
- Strong analytical mind, initiative and customer focus, as well as the capacity to solve problems fast and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, able to motivate his team while monitoring the final objectives and is a team player with his peers.
- Project Management skills.
- The job implies short business trips abroad about 20% of your time (Benelux, France, Italy, Eastern Europe).
