Your mission
You will be part of AGC’s New Business Development department, who supports and adjacent innovation through design thinking methods. 


You will join the WAVE team – AGC's innovative brand of approximately 14 people dedicated to pioneering connectivity solutions. Your primary focus will be on our groundbreaking product, WAVETHRU, a laser surface treatment that transforms any window into a gateway for mobile signals. You will be offering a simple, passive, and cost-effective alternative to complex antenna systems, revolutionizing how buildings stay connected.


Responsibilities will include :

  • Proactively building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Developing and managing a complete business portfolio:  from initial prospection and lead generation to contract negotiation and after-sales follow-up.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of client challenges and requirements to position WAVETHRU as the ideal solution.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by acting as a key point of contact for all commercial matters.

Specific tasks will include : 

  • Initiating contact with target businesses primarily by phone and email.
  • Explaining the technical and commercial benefits of the product.
  • Delivering effective, scripted sales pitches tailored to different client profiles.
  • Scheduling qualified appointments for the senior sales staff to meet with promising leads.
  • Managing all customer interactions and tracking progress in our CRM system.

Your talents

  • Dutch national based in The Netherlands; professional bilingualism in Dutch and English.
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive sales hunter attitude.
  • High proficiency and confidence in telephone-based sales and communication.
  • A hands-on, down-to-earth, pragmatic, and determined mindset for reaching objectives.
  • Foundational knowledge of mobile networks or a strong affinity for new technologies.
  • Previous experience or a network within the real estate world.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of customer service.
