The PMO Assistant reports to the PMO Manager and is a key contributor to the success of the Project Management Office. This role involves supporting project managers, assisting with the creation and launch of new projects and managing project resources. Key responsibilities also include handling administrative and financial tasks, such as the purchasing process from requisitions to payments, and delivering essential reporting for project management and financial controlling.

Responsibilities:

•    You assist in and review the project initiation process to ensure consistency and coherence.
•    You support project managers by answering inquiries, creating new resources, and managing user permissions in our project planning tool.
•    You manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including the creation of Purchase Requisitions, Service Entry Sheets and Goods Receipts, as well as verifying invoice payments.
•    You provide backup support for a range of administrative duties, such as managing travel and accommodation logistics.
•    You prepare and distribute reports for the month-end closing process.
•    You generate and publish reports related to resource management.
•    You produce reports for financial tracking and accrual monitoring.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree;
•    Strong proficiency in Excel; 
•    Experience with accounting principles, SAP, or Planview is a significant plus;
•    The ideal candidate is open-minded, patient and works well under pressure;
•    Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
•    Fluency in English is mandatory.
