What if your
next job was about...

...contributing to the communication activities for our ARG business unit? Imagine being a creative force that helps drive our connection with customers, from assisting with the 2026 communication plan to creating compelling newsletters and sales materials. You would be a key player in organizing our customer events, coordinating details from planning to execution. This role places you at the heart of our digital presence, where you'll help manage our social media channels, coordinate with a network of agencies and suppliers, and ultimately contribute to how the world sees AGC's ARG division.

Please note that this position will initially be offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent, indefinite contract upon successful completion.

In this role, your core responsibility will be to support the development and execution of our communication plan. You will begin by assisting in the development of the Communication Plan for 2026, establishing a clear roadmap for both our internal digital marketing initiatives and our external communications. A significant part of your duties will involve coordinating the process for our customer events, from gathering requirements with internal stakeholders and assisting with the planning and budget tracking, to liaising with and coordinating all suppliers and external partners.

You will also be responsible for our newsletters for the ARG division. This includes the entire lifecycle from identifying relevant topics, coordinating copywriting and translations with agencies, and coordinating with the Product Team for new product launches, right through to distribution and performance analysis, where you will conduct quarterly checks of open and click-through rates. Furthermore, your creative expertise will be essential in producing all point-of-sales materials, such as brochures, banners, posters, and visuals.

On the digital front, you will help populate the dedicated ARG LinkedIn page with engaging native content. You will also be tasked with assessing the ARG page on the Automotive website for necessary updates and preparing a clear presentation for the Auto team outlining the required changes. Operationally, you will handle the process for merchandising stock and end-of-year gifts, which involves identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, and consolidating orders to ensure cost-effectiveness. Finally, you will be responsible for tracking the budget across all these activities.

Are you the perfect match ?

We're looking for a collaborator who brings a blend of formal training and hands-on experience, ideally holding a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Communication combined with at least three years in the field.

You are a natural planner and a master of organization, with a sharp eye for the smallest details. Your mind is a hub of creativity, constantly generating original solutions. You possess the strategic ability to identify the core message for any event and skillfully translate it into compelling visuals and communications across various channels. A welcoming and customer-centric attitude is at the heart of who you are.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for this role, and your application will stand out even more if you are proficient in other European languages. Your technical toolkit should be well-equipped with skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and the complete Microsoft Office Suite.
