For our OEM BU Manufacturing team, part of AGC Automotive Europe, we are currently opening hiring process. We are looking for colleague with experience from maintenance area. You will have a close link with the plant technical people and production managers in order to coordinate the maintenance support and improvements. On top, you will have a close relationship with all maintenance managers and specialists from plants, other regions or other BU of AGC group, in order to benchmark activities and organize support on the most efficient way.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • coordinate the activities linked to maintenance among our automotive plant
  • have to set-up a strategic plan related to the maintenance operations improvements of our business unit, goal being to improve our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and control our maintenance costs.
  • You take the leadership for technical improvements activities. You evaluate and propose to the teams adequate solutions for continuous improvement.
  • You lead or participate to actions plans related to process troubles on production line and focus on the optimization of the existing processes.
  • You develop a maintenance Mid-long term approach focusing on methodology trough technological intelligence & benchmark
  • You participate to the definition and the maintenance of the technical specifications and standards, with respect of quality, technical and economical criterias. related to our maintenance activities.
  • You’ll then focus on the good practices sharing and deployment in the concerned plants.
  • You promote value based maintenance as a strategy to select the most critical equipment to focus on. You are then able to put in place the maintenance system improvements based on equipment’s reliability and predictive approach

Are you the perfect match ?

We would like you meet following requirements: 

  • graduated as an Engineer (specialization in  Mechanics, Electro-Mechanics, Physics or Chemistry is ideal)
  • acquired several years experience in maintenance, with plant experience
  • have experience in team or project management in technical field (Experience in glass production is an additional asset)
  • have systematic approach in the downtimes analysis, leading to PDCA ,root cause analysis and MTBF/MTTR actions
  • are actions oriented and able to perform analysis, find and submit proposals to obtain decision, in sufficient autonomy.
  • can manage the system of production requests (planned corrective maintenance) and you are familiar with condition-based, predictive maintenance activities. 
  • have a practical experience as reliability engineer
  • have lean methodologies knowledge with concrete practice and experience
  • active English user
