We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack AI Engineer to join our dynamic and highly impactful AI Competence Center. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of a wide range of AI solutions, including machine learning models, agentic AI systems, and automated pipelines. Role and Responsibilities:
• You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• You will develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• You will build and deploy agentic AI systems and automated pipelines.
• You will contribute to the development and improvement of our in-house integrated AI platform.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI/ Data Science with strong exposure to Software Engineering.
Your Profile:
• A Master's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, …).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as MCP, A2A, and LangChain.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as experience with relevant frameworks such as React, FastAPI, and Prefect.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Practical experience with DevOps and Automation.
• Experience in LLM application development is an asset.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience in optimization is a plus.
