As a SharePoint/ Power Platform Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Customer Experience team, which is supporting diverse domains such as web, CRM, Sharepoint, Power platform and EDI integration. Within this team, you will play key role on the “Sharepoint & Power Platform” domain, responsible for managing and evolving our Microsoft 365 collaborative environment. You will act as the bridge between business users and IT, ensuring that our SharePoint Online platform and Power Platform tools deliver real value to the organization.
Your role combines platform administration, solution delivery, and end-user support, making you a central point of contact for all things SharePoint and Power Platform within AGC.
Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Platform Management & Governance:
• Administer and maintain the SharePoint Online platform across the organization
• Apply and enforce governance policies to ensure platform health, security, and compliance
• Monitor platform usage and perform regular audits using tools such as ShareGate
• Manage site lifecycle, permissions, and content structures
💡 Solution Design & Delivery:
• Analyze business requests and translate them into appropriate IT solutions
• Design and deliver collaborative solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Nintex
• Create and configure new SharePoint sites tailored to business needs
• Automate business processes and workflows to improve efficiency
🤝 User Support & Advisory:
• Serve as the point of contact for SharePoint and Power Platform-related questions and issues
• Advise users on best practices for using their SharePoint sites effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide workarounds when immediate solutions are not available
🎓 Training & Documentation:
• Deliver end-user training sessions on SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools when needed
• Produce clear and accurate documentation for solutions, processes, and platform changes
• Create user guides and knowledge base articles to promote self-service
Are you the perfect match ?
🎓 Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online (features, administration, permissions management)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and/or PowerApps
• Familiarity with Nintex and ShareGate is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Basic development or scripting knowledge (e.g., Power Automate expressions, JSON formatting) is a plus
• OpenText content server knowledge is a plus
