What if your
next job was about...

Want to give meaning to your internship while discovering the railway industry?

Join the TIV (Transportation & Industrial Vehicle) factory in Seneffe, specializing in the manufacture of glazing for train driver cabs! Our glazing equips trains of major names in the sector: Alstom, SNCB, SNCF, Siemens, and many others.

🎯 Why Supply Chain for us?

The Supply Chain department is the beating heart of the factory. It is responsible for orchestrating:

·       Production scheduling

·       The supply of components

·       The organization of packaging and shipping

·       Customer relations are essential to the satisfaction of our partners.

Exciting context: the factory has just switched to a new ERP ecosystem combining three complementary tools — SAP (master data), Ortems (planning), and Apriso (production management). A real playground for anyone who enjoys understanding how a modern supply chain works!

🛠️ Your mission

You will begin with a period of immersion and training: discovering our industrial processes, our glass products and our supply chain.

Next, you will lead a key improvement project for AGC Seneffe's Supply Chain, while also participating in the team's daily activities. Here are the projects that await you (to be chosen and refined with you!):

🔧 1. Structure and improve the reliability of Supply Chain processes (new ERP)

Following the ERP migration, help us review and secure our processes: describe the routines and transactions necessary for the smooth management of sub-processes. You will first need to understand how an ERP (and SAP in particular) works, and grasp the business concepts to propose clear and sustainable solutions.

📊 2. Create digital performance indicators to manage procurement

Our procurement process has been profoundly transformed — it's up to you to give it visibility! Develop dashboards (Power BI, Excel...) based on SAP reports, to identify the right indicators that will allow you to anticipate problems and track performance.

📦 3. Implement an ABC classification of our inventory

Help us prioritize our resources! Analyze inventory and critical components to propose a classification that will allow us to focus efforts on items with the greatest impact on revenue and profitability.
