You will also lead and develop your own team, manage priorities and resources, and foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing and a positive team culture.
You will report to the Head of the Strategy, Governance & Customer Experience Delivery Center.

•    Lead and coordinate IT security audits and assessments, including TISAX and ISO 27001, working with internal teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.
•    Track audit findings, risks, and corrective actions through to closure, escalating issues where appropriate.
•    Work with IT and relevant OT teams to translate security requirements into clear, practical actions and support their integration into projects and services.
•    Lead, develop, and support your team by setting objectives, managing priorities and resources, and encouraging collaboration and professional development.
•    Coordinate penetration tests with technical teams and external providers, ensuring that scope, planning, findings, remediation ownership, and follow-up are clearly managed.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal functions - including Legal, Privacy, Purchasing and IT teams - to promote consistent security governance.
•    Provide clear updates on security risks, audit readiness, and improvement progress to management and relevant governance bodies.
