Halio™ has made this dream come true. Halio™ is the newly created entity to grow the strategic partnership between AGC Group – world leader in Glass industry - and KINESTRAL – a California-based start-up that developed the smart-tinting technology.

Halio™ is an integrated IoT smart-tinting glass system that goes well beyond traditional glass and that provides the following unique customer experience.

The Role / Job :

The Country Sales Manager will report to the EU Sales manager of Halio™ and will work with Architects, Contractors, Façade Builders, Interior Designers and other players in the Architecture & Design community to get Halio™ smart-tinting glass into homes and commercial buildings. The scope is DACH Region (Germany, Austria).

As Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Nurture partners relationships and promoting Halio™ to the various players to generate leads.
  • Identify prospective customers, investors and build a sales pipeline
  • Supporting the customers during the entire Halio™ sales and promotion journey with in-depth understanding of the Halio™ smart-tinting glass technologies
  • Collaborating efficiently with other sales and promotion teams in other countries globally and also with back office and technical teams
  • Maintain an accurate forecasting process to support and predict performance against the business targets  

Requirements :

  • You have a Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Business & Finance
  • You have 5 to 10 years of proven commercial (sales & marketing) successful experience, ideally into the commercial construction industry, selling complex added-value solutions. An experience at a General Contractor, or a Façade Builder, or exposure to Investors, or to Green Building (LEED Certification) and/or passive house is a plus
  • You have a large network of contacts in the Building Projects world
  • You have strong communication, presentation, negotiations, interpersonal skills
  • You are results oriented and able to work with/within a team environment to prioritize and manage conflicting expectations
