The Role / Job :
AES Leader is dedicated to Automotive Excellence System (AES) (= Lean Management) deployment within AGC organization.
AES Leader is directly contributing to the AGC excellence system deployment.
He is monitoring the AES roll-out for around 4 plants
The main activities consist in:
Network Management :
Coach the Plants AES Pilots
Lead them, ensuring alignement with Plant Managers
Ensure sustainable and efficient network, in cooperation with HR
Ensure the same approach among plants
Roadmap tracking :
Ensure success of AES Projects thanks to his leadership
Define and track the plants roadmap, including SEQCDDM improvements targets
Identify gaps and AES main challenges and priorities
Budget AES : define + measure the actual / forecast savings, in cooperation with Finance
Support the AES projects transformations
Ensure depth of transformation and sustainability
AES Standards Definition :
Define and upgrade the AES standards with the support of the different departments
- Check the respect of standards
- Perform AES audit activities
- Unblock situation when necessary with Plant Management team and Central Office departments
- Evangelisation (contribution to Newsletter, AES Academy, AES Convention), benchmark and continuous self-learning
