The Role / Job :

FUNCTION OBJECTIVE

  • Contract & PO creation for Strategic Automotive Purchasing
  • Purchasing Data analysis and creating Purchasing reports
  • On request: send RFQ’s and follow-up, contact suppliers to gather information, in absence of buyers you will be the first contact

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation and modification of automotive contracts
  • Manage the requests for purchasing and/or purchase orders, check the order confirmations, Make changes to purchase orders
  • Manage and verify invoices, send and follow-up of supplier surveys, keep purchasing information up to date (f.e. suppliers information, …)
  • Analysis of purchasing information and creation of reports
  • Ensure a first response and coordinate towards one or more colleagues (during absence of a team member)
  • Adhere to the procedure applicationsī€­    …

 INTERACTION

  • Exchange information in English (mandatory) and French by telephone, mail … with European, Moroccan and Russian colleagues as well with plant colleagues and suppliers, …
  • Participate to purchasing team meetings (in English)
  • (Internal) customer and service minded

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Languages : English (and French) : written and spoken
  • SAP and MS Office (Microsoft Office).
  • Accurate and precise
  • Part-time : 80%
