FINEO™ is the newest type of insulated glass. With its unique vacuum technology, FINEO™ is one of the lightest insulated glass panels in the world while providing the performance of standard triple-glazed insulated glass.
It is light-weight, allows better light transmission and better acoustic performance than most traditional insulated glass systems. Fineo™ only consists of glass so there is no need for spacers and can be incorporated into any glazing application.

FINEO™ gives architects and designers the versatility to create even more stunning interiors and exteriors whilst at the same time comply with local and national energy-efficiency requirements and standards. FINEO™ offers a new dimension in both new-build and refurbishment construction projects.

 

The Role / Job :

The Sales Manager will report to the EU Sales Manager of FINEO™ and will work with predefined Partners , Architects, Contractors, Façade Builders, Interior Designers and other players in the Architecture & Design community to get FINEO™ in the market. The scope is DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Zwitserland). 

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Nurturing partners relationships and promoting FINEO™ to the various players to generate leads.
  • Identifying prospective customers, investors and build a sales pipeline
  • Supporting the customers during the entire FINEO™ sales and promotion journey with in-depth understanding of the FINEO™ values.
  • Collaborating efficiently with other sales and promotion teams in other countries globally and also with back office and technical teams
  • Maintaining an accurate forecasting process to support and predict performance against the business targets  

Requirements :

  • You have a Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Business & Finance
  • You have 5 to 10 years of proven commercial experience into the construction industry, selling complex added-value solutions. An experience at a General Contractor, or a Façade Builder, or exposure to Investors, or to Green Building (LEED Certification) and/or passive house is an asset
  • You have a large network of contacts in the Building Projects world.
  • You know the construction world in the DACH market very well.
  • You have strong communication, presentation, negotiations, interpersonal skills
  • You are an entrepreneurial
  • You are results oriented and able to work with/within a team environment to prioritize and manage expectations
  • You speak German fluently and you have a good level in English
