Your mission:
You will be part of the Process Solutions Team – a team of approximately 30 people passionate about developing glass product applications (windshield, rear window, sunroof, etc.) and solutions related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems. The team is organised around 3 departments, from project management to prototyping to product validation.
In a team of 7 people, you will work on miscellaneous research projects inside the Added Value Operations field.
Responsibilities will include :
- Managing the “recycled materials for encapsulation” project
- Providing support for several AVO projects: Wideye, FeelInGlass, Lighting, etc
Specific tasks will include :
- Delivering validated recycled materials
- Developing prototypes of new products
- Analyzing injection molding simulation results
- Making recommendations for optimisation of design or process parameters to support research projects (using tools like Cadmould, Moldflow or other)
Are you the perfect match ?
Your talents :
- Degree in mechanical or material sciences engineering
- Nice to have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of plastic injection process – Thermoplastic and Thermoplastic Elastomer properties
- Project management skills and ability to multitask with problem-solving mindset
- Team player with the ability to innovate and think creatively
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French or a strong willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license.
