- Resolve SAP-Related Issues: Manage and resolve non-standard SAP issues related to MRP, involving internal/external experts when needed.
- Promote Standardization: Align SAP processes and usage across departments and locations through training and process harmonization.
- Share Best Practices: Organize workshops to document and share best practices in SAP and MRP processes.
- Deliver SAP Training: Conduct training sessions to develop SAP skills among key users and end users.
- Optimize Planning Parameters: Analyze and improve planning settings like lot sizes, lead times, and safety stock.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, procurement, and production to align system settings with real operations.
- Ensure Master Data Accuracy: Validate and improve master data (BOMs, routings, MRP parameters); maintain clean MRP processes and resolve overdue items.
- Develop Expert Network: Build a network of internal SAP/MRP experts to support users and ensure knowledge continuity.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Own and maintain the MRP Power BI dashboard, create reports for material coverage, lead times, urgent shipments, etc.
Are you the perfect match ?
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP (preferably MM and MRP modules)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Czech, Hungarian, French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 3–4 short trips per year)
