GENERAL MANAGER WITH COMMERCIAL PROFILE

You will be responsible for the site's profit and loss account (P&L), reporting to the West & Central Europe Distribution Regional Manager. The main areas of responsibilities are:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Develop the Business

- Commercial, financial & logistic management. 

-Lead, motivate, and manage  a team of 10 people with different profiles (Administration,  warehouse operators...)-

Are you the perfect match ?

- Proven experience of 5 years at least in a commercial & management environment. Glass sector knowledge will be valued.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business.

- Languages: Fluency in German & English

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

-Ability to analyze market trends & identify opportunities

- Excellent and proven sales and customer service skills 

- Proven negotiation skills, leadership and people management skills

- Highly self-motivated and autonomous

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
