Steer, guide and manage the overall Human Resources services, policies and programs for Roccasecca Plant.
Act as a key interface for the management; within the area of responsibility in order to ensure HR services that optimally support management in their decision making process and dispose of a workforce in line with actual and future requirements.
Reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director, the Plant HRM is leading a team of 2 people.
The Plant HRM Steers and monitors within the area of responsibility the following processes:
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Organizational and workforce planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organizational development
- Labor Relations (Unions, Work Council)
- Welfare program management
- Compensation and benefits administration
Are you the perfect match ?
10y experience in HR leadership roles within international organizations and at plant level
Fluency in Italian and English (essential)
Leadership, solution minded, analytical, communication/project management skills in order to drive change in a versatile environment
Collaborative and natural team player
